Why do we offer more than one type of Gel Nail product?
Well, Why Not?! Choice is good, right? One size (or product in this case) doesn’t always fit all. Constantines Salon offers Bio Sculpture Gel, OPI & Premier Gel Polish.
A Gel Polish looks like nail varnish, is thinner like nail varnish and is applied like nail varnish, the only difference is that it is set (dried) under a UV or LED lamp. Gel Polish is known as a longer lasting Manicure and was invited to be so. Typically lasting from 2-4 weeks. Gel polish is soaked off at every appointment and a new set applied.
Bio Sculpture Gel was the original permanent colour Gel Product, it is in a small pot and applied with a small brush, the product is more of a gel consistency and thicker therefore a stronger product to the Gel Polish. Bio Sculpture typically lasts from 3-4 weeks. Bio Sculpture is a Conditioning Gel and includes vitamins to help boost natural nail strength. Bio Sculpture Can be infilled or soaked off, if infilled we would only infill twice before soaking off and starting with a new set.
Both Gels are available in clear, colour and french.
So……….. How do you decide what product to choose?!
How do you treat your nails? Are you heavy handed? Do you wear gloves when cleaning? How long do you want or need your Gels to last? Have you heard of the product? Are your nails weak or strong?
These are just a few of the questions to ask yourself, you may just look at the colour reels and like a colour, you may have had the product somewhere else and liked it.
